General Clark's Iraq plan: can it work?

I posted a couple of days ago about General Clark's plan for success in Iraq. One of the best counterpoints was posted by a Kevin Lyda, a diarist in the Daily Kos. In brief, he aruges that no matter what plan is drawn up, it would be up to this current administration to make it work. And, the current administration's incompetence has proven to be nothing short of spectacular!

So, perhaps the best option is to cut and run.
